As a community based organization our driving force is the community.  Every day we get up, march into the office, and work for a better tomorrow.  As such we need to constantly hear from community members, however broadly defined. Our local, regional and national communities provide us with a mandate to help address health disparities.  However, we cannot do this alone. We can accomplish a lessening of health disparities by working  with a myriad of collaborators. In essence we all become bridges. Thus, as a non-profit and as a national capacity building assistance provider we highly treasure the literal and the figurative bridges that bring us all together.  Thank you for your partnership. Together we can make a difference.
